We will include your basic info such as Company Name, Logo, Contact Details & Offer Details etc. If you after further customization or ChatBot designed from scratch, please select one of the other Packages
Yes, we take care of everything for you! WEBS R US will customised according to your requirements and setup the Chatbot on your website for a nominal, one-time setup fee (No Setup Fee with Mini Package) which covers customization work and setup time. However, if you require heavy customization which involves more hours of work than the fee quoted in our packages, kindly note there will be a fee of $120+GST per every additional hour to develop a personalized Chatbot
You will be billed a subscription fee per month, depending on the package you have chosen. Once the “setup” process is completed, you’ll be billed right away and that’s when your billing month starts. As there is no contract, you can cancel anytime. You need to pay the monthly subscription fee on or before the due date, every month, to keep your subscription active.
Yes. There will a limit of maximum “conversations” per month based on the subscription you select. A conversation occurs when a visitor interacts at least once with your chatbot.
Simply opening (or automatically loading) your chatbot does not count as a conversation.
Also, if your visitor opens your chatbot and then interacts with it multiple times, it only counts as one conversation.
We will let you know when you are about to exceed your monthly allocated “conversations” quota. When you reach your conversation limit, we do not charge for overage. Your chatbots become inactive until you upgrade
There will be fee of $25 per every additional 100 “conversations”
