Task

Building a comprehensive learning and exam preparation platform of this scale is no small feat, but with the right approach, it can be a powerful force for educational empowerment and community building.

Deliverables

1. WordPress Based Website as the Front End

We developed a user-friendly, visually appealing WordPress website to serve as the front end. This ensured ease of use for both administrators and users, while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to future needs.

2. Exam Practice Platform

We built a comprehensive exam practice platform, consisting of the following features:

  • Master Admin Panel: Centralized control for all platform activities.
  • User Dashboard: Personalized dashboard for each user.
  • User Account Creation: Seamless account creation process.
  • Payments through PayPal: Integrated PayPal API for secure transactions.
  • Creation of Unlimited Exam Categories: Flexibility to create diverse exam categories.
  • Unlimited Quizzes & Attempts: Users can take unlimited quizzes with multiple attempts.
  • Required Questions: Mandatory questions to ensure comprehensive quiz attempts.
  • Variety of Question Types: Multiple-Choice, Dropdown, Text options.
  • Randomize Questions & Answers: Dynamic quizzes based on category quotas.
  • Reports & Analytics: Detailed performance reports and analytics.
  • Email Notifications: Automated emails to users and admins.
  • Reports & Certificates: Generation and sending of reports and certificates.
  • Timer per Question: Time-bound questions to simulate real exam conditions.
  • Copy Content Protection: Preventing unauthorized copying of content.
  • Spam Protection: Ensuring a secure and spam-free experience.
  • Frontend Statistics: Real-time statistics on user performance.
  • User Tracking: Monitoring user activities.
  • Live Progress Bar: Visual progress tracking during quizzes.

3. Learning Management System (LMS)

Our LMS solution included the following capabilities:

  • Course Creation: Easy addition of new courses.
  • Course Filters: Customizable filters for the courses landing page.
  • Course Video Management: Admin control over adding and deleting course videos.
  • Student Registration & Profiles: Smooth registration process and detailed student profiles.
  • Payment Gateway Integration: Commonwealth Bank payment plugin for seamless transactions.
  • Subscription Management: Dashboard access for subscribed courses post-payment approval.
  • Course Duration Management: Courses deactivate after completion with a grace period for exam preparation.
  • Video Conferencing & Online Classes: Zoom API integration for live classes.
  • Course-Specific Access: Students access only subscribed courses and related videos.
  • Notes & Discussions: Features for private notes and unit discussions with an ‘Ask Instructor’ option.

4. Android & iOS Mobile App

We developed a mobile application compatible with both Android and iOS devices, ensuring that AMC Pathway users have access to all platform features on the go.

Strategy

1. Comprehensive Needs Analysis:

Conducted detailed consultations with AMC Pathway to understand their goals, audience, and specific needs for an internal tool.Identified key functionalities required to enhance employee engagement and unify company culture.

2. User-Centered Approach:

Focused on creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface to ensure easy adoption by employees across various departments.Implemented a feedback loop to continuously gather user insights and improve the tool’s features.

3. Integration and Scalability:

Ensured seamless integration with existing systems and workflows within AMC Pathway. Designed the tool to be scalable, allowing for future expansions and additional features as needed.

4. Brand Storytelling:

Developed a strategy to effectively communicate AMC Pathway’s brand story and core values through the tool. Utilized engaging content formats such as videos, infographics, and interactive elements to keep employees engaged.

Design

1. User Interface (UI) Design:

Created a clean, modern, and visually appealing interface that aligns with AMC Pathway’s brand identity. Ensured consistent use of brand colors, fonts, and imagery to maintain brand coherence.

2. User Experience (UX) Design:

Designed an intuitive navigation system to enable easy access to information and resources.
Included interactive elements such as quizzes and feedback forms to enhance user engagement and participation.

3. Responsive Design:

Developed the tool to be fully responsive, ensuring optimal performance and usability across various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

4. Accessibility:

Implemented accessibility features to ensure the tool is usable by all employees, including those with disabilities. Followed best practices and standards for web accessibility to create an inclusive digital experience.

5. Visual and Content Hierarchy:

Structured content in a way that highlights the most important information first, using visual cues and hierarchy principles. Used engaging visuals and multimedia content to support the textual information and enhance understanding.

6. Interactive and Engaging Elements:
