Project Overview: 

Warna Legal, a well-established legal firm based in Dandenong, Australia, approached us with a critical issue regarding their outdated website. Their website, originally built in 2017, had not undergone any WordPress updates or maintenance, leading to various performance issues, including email deliverability concerns.  Additionally, the site’s loading time was far above the recommended 3 seconds, resulting in a subpar user experience.

Our goal was to modernize Warna Legal’s online presence by delivering a brand new website with an improved design, faster load times, and professional functionality that matched the firm’s growing reputation.

Strategy: A Professional and Efficient Approach

We were presented with a unique and challenging task: create a modern website with a professional appearance and robust functionality while resolving the major issues impacting performance and communication. Our strategy focused on:

1. Revamping Website Appearance: A complete redesign that aligns with Warna Legal’s branding, including their existing logo colours to maintain brand recognition while incorporating modern, professional visuals.
2. Improving Communication Systems: One of the primary goals was to resolve the email issue. By optimizing the back-end settings and performing necessary WordPress updates, we ensured emails no longer landed in spam, safeguarding client communication.
3. Optimizing Performance: We targeted an enhanced user experience by reducing the site’s loading time to below 3 seconds. Hosting the website on AWS improved the site’s speed and security, ensuring quicker and more secure access for visitors.
4. Advanced Features: The new website needed to be more than just aesthetically pleasing. We integrated practical tools, such as a customized appointment request form and a chat bot to assist visitors and improve client interaction.

Design: Modern, Professional & Functional

The design was developed using a WordPress-based portal with a premium theme from ThemeForest, which offered a state-of-the-art user interface. Key design and development considerations included:

1. Professional and Clean Layout: We customized a ThemeForest template to create a sleek, professional layout that was visually appealing yet simple to navigate.
2. Advanced Appointment Booking: An advanced “Request an Appointment” form was developed to streamline appointment scheduling, ensuring potential clients could easily and efficiently request consultations.
3. Visual Appeal: Stock images from Adobe Stock were used to complement the professional legal tone of the site, providing high-quality visuals that reflect the firm’s services and values.
4. Customization and Scalability: The website is highly customizable, with 20+ pages that can easily scale as the firm grows and expands its services.
5. Chat Bot Integration: We integrated a customized Chat Bot to handle client inquiries and assist in preliminary case evaluations, enhancing the user experience.

Conclusion

Warna Legal’s new website reflects the professionalism and expertise of their legal services while addressing the critical issues that plagued their old website. With AWS hosting, optimized performance, and WordPress Maintenance for 12 months, the firm now has a cutting-edge, secure, and efficient digital presence to support its operations.
