  • Non-Refundable: All domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered. This includes renewals and transfers. Domain registrations are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  1. Hosting Services
  • Non-Refundable: Due to third-party service provider policies, all hosting service fees are non-refundable. This includes renewals and any additional services associated with hosting.
  1. Web Development and Design Services
  • Project-Based Refunds: Refunds for web development and design services will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of project completion.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits made for project initiation are non-refundable.
  • Client Delays: If a project is delayed due to the client not providing necessary content or approvals, and a refund is requested after a period of three months from the initial payment, the initial deposit and any work completed up to that point are non-refundable.
  1. Digital Marketing and SEO Services
  • Non-Refundable: Payments made towards digital marketing and SEO services, including third-party services such as Google Ads, are non-refundable. Refunds for these services are at the sole discretion of the third-party provider.
  • Prepaid Services: If services are prepaid and a cancellation is requested, refunds will be considered based on the unused portion of the service, minus any applicable fees.
  1. WordPress Maintenance Services
  • Non-Refundable: All payments for WordPress maintenance services are non-refundable. This includes monthly and annual plans.
  1. Graphic Design Services
  • Non-Refundable: All graphic design services are non-refundable once the design process has started. This includes logo design, branding, and other design work.
  1. Payments to Third-Party Service Providers
  • Third-Party Services: Payments made to third-party service providers (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple Store, Themeforest, Shopify, Adobe Stock) are non-refundable and subject to the refund policies of the respective third-party providers.
  • Non-Guarantee of Refunds: WEBS R US PTY LTD cannot guarantee refunds for payments made towards third-party services. Refunds for these services are at the sole discretion of the third-party provider.
